ABOUT

Kettle Belles Fitness is a community of women working toward being stronger and healthier together! We offer fun and challenging boot camp style classes led by Certified Instructors. Classes are 45 minutes to an hour long and include strength and cardio training. We offer both in person and virtual classes! Whether you are new to fitness or super fit, our instructors have options for you in every class! We work with a wide variety of equipment, including Kettlebells (of course!), battle ropes, free weights, Bosu balls, etc.

Not a fan of bigger classes? Try out our Small Group Training with 2-4 women or One-on-One Personal Training, both led by a Certified Personal Trainer. With small group or one-on-one training, we focus on YOU and your specific goals. Small group training and personal training range from 30-45 minutes per session.

Are you a runner or do you aspire to be a runner? Whether you’re new to running or a seasoned runner looking for more motivation, we can help! Join our run training group led by Certified Running Coaches. We can do individual run coaching or train together as a group.

Multi-Class and Multi-Month Packages

Our Multi- Class option allows you to purchase 5 or 10 classes to use when you can make it! If you’re looking to save a few bucks, check out our Multi-Month packages that allow you to purchase 3 months all at once.
